Use plier tubing cutters to make quick cuts for non-critical applications, to cut in hard-to-reach places in an HPLC system, and to cut 1/16" tubing off a coil. However, for scientific equipment, we strongly recommend using VICI Jour pre-cut and cleaned SS tubing.
The plier cutting tool comes in its own plastic sheath for safe storage.
TECH TIP
Between the sample injector, column, and detector, use VICI Jour pre-cut stainless-steel tubing, which has been electrolytically cut and steam cleaned.
