Returns

Returns will be accepted up to 90 days after shipment with prior authorization. If you need to make a return, please contact our Sales Department for a return authorization number along with forwarding instructions Inspect shipments upon receipt and report shortages or incorrect or damages material to us immediately. Returned material will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 20% for catalog items. Special orders cannot be returned unless defective.

Warranty

VICI Precision Sampling warrants all products we manufacture to be free from defects in material and /or workmanship for thirty days from the time of receipt by the customer. VICI Precision Sampling’s liability for defects in material or workmanship shall be limited to replacement of the defective item at no charge to the customer or refund of the purchase price paid. Bending, breakage, or other damage resulting from the shipping company. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of fitness for purpose or any warranty or merchantability. Copies of any written warranty pertaining to products shown in this catalog manufactured by a company other than VICI Precision Sampling can be obtained upon written request.
