Stainless Steel Tubing

Stainless steel is widely used for chromatography and is suitable for a broad range of applications. Its high mechanical strength makes it especially useful to withstand the pressure of HPLC and Ultra-HPLC.


VICI Jour offers multiple types of stainless steel tubing to meet your needs:


Pre-cut Stainless Steel Tubing

  • Pre-cut tubing, cleaned and ready to use
  • Flexible pre-cut tubing (1/32” tubing with 1/16” ends), with 50 and 75 micron IDs
  • Pre-cut tubing for Micro LC

Bulk Stainless Steel Tubing

  • Premium grade, seamless bulk tubing
  • Standard, welded-seam bulk tubing

For all VICI Jour stainless steel tubing, close tolerances are held on both ID and OD of +/- 10 micron.

Pressure rating is > 1735 bar (25.000 psi).

    • Type 316 stainless steel tubing comes in a variety of sizes suitable for HPLC and GC applications. All VICI Jour bulk stainless steel tubing features a smooth internal surface and a soft annealed OD for easy ferrule connection. Close tolerances are held on both ID and OD.

    Note that bulk tubing is roughly cut with tubing pliers, so you must properly cut the ends before use. If you need electrolytically cut premium SS tubing with burr-free ends, please order VICI Jour steam-cleanedpre-cut SS tubing, which arrives ready for use in high-end LC applications.
